2. Refund, Rescheduling & Code of Conduct Policy

• Please note that there is no refund policy for this course under any circumstances. Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you are unable to join the course in your registered month, you may:

  • Postpone your participation to any future batch within the next 12 months, without any extra charges.

  • Inform us at least 7 days in advance if you wish to reschedule, so that accommodation and meals can be managed accordingly.

• Code of Conduct During the Course:

  • All students are expected to maintain discipline, respectful behavior, and follow the rules and guidelines of the yoga school at all times.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, indiscipline, violation of school rules, disruption during classes, or disrespect toward teachers, staff, or fellow students will not be tolerated.

  • The yoga school reserves the right to remove a student from the course without any refund if such behavior occurs during the training period.

• Health & Participation Responsibility:

  • Students are responsible for their physical and mental fitness during the course.

  • Missing classes due to personal reasons, health issues, late arrival, or early departure will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.

• The management reserves the right to amend or update these policies when necessary in the best interest of the school and students.
