Payment Guidelines:
1. Registration & Advance Deposit
- To confirm your place in the course, a non-refundable advance payment of 20% of the total course fee is required at the time of registration.
- This advance payment guarantees your seat and helps us make necessary arrangements for your stay, training, and resources.
2. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- The 20% advance deposit is non-refundable.
- However, if you are unable to join the course on your registered month, you may:
- Postpone your participation to any future batch within the next 12 months, without any extra charges.
- Notify us at least 7 days in advance if you wish to reschedule, so we can manage accommodation and meals accordingly.
3. Remaining Course Fee Payment
- The remaining 80% of the course fee must be paid upon arrival at the ashram during the check-in process.
- Payments can be made in:
- Cash (Nepalese Rupees, USD, EUR, or INR)
- Bank Transfer (Prior to arrival)
- Online Payment Apps (e.g., Wise, Remitly, IME, etc.)
- Local Digital Wallets (eSewa, Khalti – for Nepali nationals only)
4. Important Notes
- Kindly keep a copy of the payment receipt or transaction ID for record and confirmation.
- For bank transfer or online payments, please ensure the transfer is completed at least 7 days before arrival and inform us with the payment details.
- All charges related to international transactions or currency exchange are to be borne by the student.
