Invitation to the Annual “Maha Puja”
We organise a yearly reunion for all family members, it is a time where we bond, share experiences, practice, connect to himalayas, the elements. An opportunity to recharge. As it is a closed event we do not put it on our website or platforms. We send out email and inform about the dates. As not everyone is able to join physically we are also setting up a system where people can join the classes.
Post Retreat Support
We have a group on Facebook and on WhatsApp where all past practitioners and teachers are members and we use it as a place where we can reach out for advice or share experiences of any sort. We also send out invitations randomly to join classes directly from the school’s classes. We have experienced that practitioners appreciate the connection as the seeds that were planted in the course sometimes take a few months to break through. We see people struggling to stay connected to yoga when they come back home to their normal surroundings if they do not have a community to practise with. The group on whats app is very good to keep grounded and maintain discipline with the practice.
