Rules and Regulations for Online Yoga Sessions

Applied Yoga Anatomy & Alignment, Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa, and Post-YTTC classes are available only through One-to-One Sessions.
For other subjects, you may choose between One-to-One Sessions or Group Sessions as per your preference.
All students must register in advance to secure their slot.
Class access links will be shared only after confirmation of registration and payment.
Please join the session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Late entry may not be allowed once the class has begun to avoid disturbance.
Fees must be paid in full before the start of the session/package.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Keep your camera on during practice for posture observation and corrections.
Mute your microphone unless asking a question.
Maintain discipline and respect during the session.
Inform the teacher in advance of any health issues, injuries, or restrictions.
Practice at your own pace and responsibility. The teacher will guide, but you are responsible for your own well-being.
Chanting mantras connects you to the vibrational power of sound. It uplifts your mood, supports concentration, and adds a spiritual depth to your practice.
Ensure a stable internet connection, a quiet practice space, and necessary equipment (yoga mat, blocks, straps, etc.).
The teacher is not responsible for disruptions caused by poor internet connectivity on the student’s side

With over 3 years of experience in teaching, healing, and guiding students on their yogic path, I have had the privilege of transforming lives through the wisdom of yoga across India, Nepal, and Singapore.
